Then complete any applicable Real Estate Commission forms. Most licensees only need to complete the Change Application are are activated within 48 hours depending on your background history.

If your license is still active, we may be able to transfer it to our Brokerage online through the Commission. If it’s inactive, you’ll definitely need to complete the Change Application form if Georgia will be your primary state.
